Hyperbole is a deliberate overstatement used for emphasis or humor, something not meant to be taken literally. The line about hunger uses an extreme, impossible image—saying you could eat a horse—to show just how hungry you feel. That kind of exaggeration is the classic hallmark of hyperbole.

The other lines describe things in a straightforward or merely highly positive way without an over-the-top claim.
